ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations for both the Workshop and the Main session are allotted 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes for discussion.
There will be a data projector, PC and internet in the room, should you need them for your presentation (do not forget to bring it on a memory stick). Please upload your presentation 10 minutes before the start of your session; someone from the organization will be there to help you.
If you are using handouts, please bring around 45 copies.
POSTER SESSION
Poster boards are 140 cm wide x 115 cm high and pins will be provided for hanging. The poster session will take place during the second coffee break on Thursday, September 29th, but participants will be able to hang their posters early in the morning. Please remember to remove them at the end of the day.
